He completed his MBBS and DGO from the University of Calcutta and went on to earn his MS in General Surgery from The West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

He also manages complex gynaecological conditions including hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, menstrual irregularities, and various reproductive health concerns.
